With over 40 years of experience, he provides essential risk advice and transactional solutions to healthcare organizations worldwide, enhancing access to intellectual capital and a diverse range of insurance and risk management services. Throughout his career, Rob has held numerous senior positions with global insurers and brokers, offering retail, wholesale, facultative, and treaty (re)insurance services. Notably, he led Marsh's EMEA Healthcare Industry practice and was instrumental in establishing Allied World's European Healthcare underwriting platform in London. His extensive expertise and leadership in the field have made him a key figure in shaping healthcare liability solutions on a global scale.

Marco Favale is the founder of BEA Group, a French insurance MGA specialised in medical malpractice and more broadly in the public sector started in 2009. BEA Group grew to become a market leader in France and opened an office in 2023 and was ultimately acquired by PIB Group in 2024. Currently, Marco serves as the Predisent of BEA Group, focusing on steering strategic direction, overseeing European market expansion, and ensuring overall profitability growth. Driven by a passion, Marco dedicates himself to finding innovative solutions for the medical malpractice insurance market, drawing from the lessons learned during BEA Group's growth.

Tim Hodgetts is a Medical Malpractice & Clinical Negligence Lawyer with expertise in high value obstetric and neurological claims. He is also the head of the firm's Health & Care – Resolution & Regulatory department and sits on the Board of the firm. Tim's department specialises in all aspects of patient care with a focus on clinical negligence, medical malpractice ligation, inquests, healthcare regulatory law, Court of Protection issues, judicial review, injunctions, mental health and safeguarding matters. Tim has been at Bevan Brittan LLP for just over 20 years and was previously an Associate at Weightmans. Prior to that, he studied law at the University of Wolverhampton.
