Rhonda is responsible for leading the business forward in alignment with MedPro’s goals and values.
Rhonda’s professional experience spans more than two decades and extends across the US, European and Asian markets. During the majority of her career, Rhonda specialised in healthcare liability, managing significant portfolios encompassing a broad range of healthcare customers. Prior to joining MedPro, she managed the International Specialty Lines portfolio at a large commercial insurer. In this role, Rhonda’s remit included the management of healthcare, financial lines, technology & cyber and life science businesses.
Rhonda feels passionate about diversity and inclusion. She is specifically committed to the progress of gender equality in the workplace. Rhonda is an avid traveller and enjoys the lessons that can be learned through exposure to a variety of cultures.
Rhonda holds a BA in Business Administration and has also completed two Executive Leadership programs.

Kevin is responsible for leading the underwriting team as well as driving the portfolio and customer engagement strategies for MedPro’s individual Physician and Surgeon business.
Kevin has focused on insuring the healthcare industry for his entire career, ranging from individual medical practitioners, large private hospitals, government healthcare systems through to medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Prior to Joining MedPro, Kevin was the Head of International Medical Liability at a large commercial insurer. Responsibilities included the setting of underwriting strategy, appetite, controls and the overall development of the class of business across six international underwriting hubs, including London, Canada, Asia and Europe.
He is a keen sportsman and enjoys head coaching roles at his local Cricket and Rugby clubs.
Kevin holds a BSc honours degree in Business Economics and has completed the ADP Executive Leadership program at London Business School.

Tom is responsible for leading the underwriting team as well as driving the portfolio and customer engagement strategies for MedPro’s Hospital and Entity business.
Throughout his career, Tom has focused on the Healthcare industry, working on business in a number of territories worldwide and utilising a variety of contract structures for a broad range of Healthcare clients.
Prior to joining MedPro, he worked in the Lloyd’s market, most recently as a Senior Underwriter, underwriting a global portfolio of Healthcare risks out of London.
Tom holds a BA honours degree from Durham University and the Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII) from the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Caitlin is responsible for leading the claims team at MedPro’s international division. She is committed to delivering an exceptional claims service through her professional experience and expertise in both law and claims management.
Caitlin began her career as an insurance coverage and defense attorney in the US, where she provided legal representation and advice in a variety of first- and third-party matters. After relocating to London in 2017, she shifted her focus to claims management. She was responsible for managing complex claims and coverage litigation for a large London-based insurer.
Most recently, she led a team of claims professionals at a Lloyd’s Managing Agency, including a specialist medical malpractice syndicate.
Caitlin holds a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law and a M.A. in Bioethics from Loyola Chicago.

Mark is responsible for Operations and IT as well as Compliance. Mark started his career as a broker working his way up to Executive Director. From there he moved across to underwriting taking on senior operational roles also encompassing IT, compliance, strategy and projects. Prior to joining MedPro, he was responsible for building out two businesses to obtain regulatory approval as managing agencies, acting as Chief Operating Officer of both.
He enjoys playing golf, skiing and sailing, holding his Day Skipper licence. He is also a keen musician and sings with the St. Paul’s Cathedral Chorus.
Mark holds an MBA from Henley Management College and the Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACII) from the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Sam leads the sales, marketing and communications strategy for MedPro’s international division.
Prior to joining MedPro Sam worked in healthcare for more than 10 years, across various private hospitals and private hospital groups. Sam developed their communications strategies with patients, GPs, Consultants, insurers and other partners. Sam has a wealth of healthcare experience and is committed to representing the customer throughout MedPro’s activities.
Sam holds an LLB law degree from the University of Sussex and certifications for programme and project management.

Sandy Nielsen is our Head of Human Resources. Her career spans a multitude of firms including JP Morgan, Deloitte and EY. She considers herself fortunate that her chosen profession enables her to work across multiple industries which has enriched her profile and career outlook. She brings a wealth of experience to the role and is keen to focus on our employee culture and people investment. Helping people realise their full potential in order to achieve our business goals underpins MedPro’s core values.

Alyssa has been underwriting in the London insurance industry since 2016, first joining CNA Hardy to underwrite allied healthcare and individual practitioners.
In 2018 Alyssa’s focus shifted to CNA Hardy’s Lloyd’s Syndicate 382, underwriting a portfolio of international clients, predominantly large hospital groups and reinsurance of government healthcare systems.
In 2022, Alyssa joined MedPro as a Senior Underwriter where she is focused on building out the international Hospital Professional Liability offering on MedPro’s Lloyd’s and Company platforms.

Carly started her insurance career in 2010 and has worked on both the broking and underwriting side of the industry across various US financial lines and most recently Healthcare.
Before joining MedPro, Carly worked at Swiss Re for five years serving as Healthcare Underwriter, AVP, with a main underwriting focus on large US hospital systems.
Carly joined MedPro in November 2019 in the position of Underwriter with a focus on US domiciled healthcare risks placed in the London Market.

Jordan began her insurance career in 2016 with Lloyd’s Broker ES Risks and subsequently in underwriting roles within two Lloyds’ Syndicates (Chaucer and Coverys).
Prior to this, she attended the University of Lincoln where she graduated with a First Class degree in Business Studies.
Jordan joined MedPro in May 2020 as Assistant Underwriter and was promoted to Underwriter in April 2022, with a focus on complex risks in the US and internationally.

Will began his insurance career at Aspen in 2019, joining the Property Liability team to assist with the underwriting of small businesses in the UK. Prior to this he attended Cardiff University graduating with an Upper Second-Class degree in Banking & Finance.
Will joined MedPro in July 2019 as an Assistant Underwriter, working predominantly on the UK physicians portfolio and is now supporting the underwriting of hospital systems in the US and internationally.

Rajan studied Economics at the University of Hertfordshire and graduated in 2022. During his final year of university, he also worked for the NHS administration team within the clerical office, giving him an insight into the healthcare industry.
He joined the MedPro team in 2023 working as an Underwriting Assistant supporting the Hospitals & Entities team on healthcare liability business.

Ludovica started her insurance career in 2010. Throughout her career, Ludovica has focused on the Healthcare industry, working in the claims department for more than 10 years and handling claims in different territories.
Prior to joining MedPro, she worked in the Lloyd’s market and in 2018 Ludovica joined MedPro working predominately on the French portfolio.
Ludovica holds a Diploma in Insurance from the Charted Insurance Institute and speaks Italian, English and French.

Marina joined MedPro in 2020 as an Assistant Underwriter and supports the Physicians and Surgeons business focussing on the UK market.
Marina has a First-Class degree in Business Management from the University of Liverpool.

Linda is based in our Dublin office as an Assistant Underwriter as part of the Physicians and Surgeons team.
Prior to joining MedPro in 2020, Linda obtained a BA (Honours) degree in Business from the National College of Ireland.

Harry studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Cardiff and graduated with First Class Honours in 2023. During his studies, he briefly spent some time as an intern for Hiscox which introduced him to the insurance industry.
Harry joined the team in September 2023 and provides support to the Physicians and Surgeons team, primarily focusing on the UK market.

Angela is responsible for technical claims oversight on high-value claims. In addition, Angela manages a caseload of claims from the UK, Ireland, US and on our Lloyd’s platform.
Before joining MedPro, Angela was at NHS Resolution, where she was a deputy team leader and technical specialist for over 20 years. Angela was responsible for mentoring and training team members, as well as managing a caseload of large complex medical malpractice claims.
Prior to the NHS Resolution, Angela was a qualified solicitor working in private practice managing healthcare liability claims.

Victoria is based in our Manchester office and is experienced in managing UK consultant and allied healthcare claims.
Victoria was with a large healthcare insurance provider prior to joining MedPro.

Francoise is based in our Lyon office and manages a team handling our French healthcare accounts. Francoise has over 30 years’ experience managing European healthcare claims, working for a number of insurers and brokers prior to joining MedPro.

Solène is responsible for managing complex French claims and collaborating with our claims partners in France. Solène also carries out a regular legal watch on French legislation and case law.
Prior to joining MedPro, Solène worked as a claim handler for a specialist insurer in France. Before that, she was a qualified solicitor working in private practice managing healthcare liability claims for seven years, representing victims in civil cases.
She has also been responsible for training medical students and future medical experts at the University of Lyon, on Healthcare law.
Solène undertook her law degree at the University of Paris II and Paris V, completing her legal education with the Bar exam.

Sarah is responsible for audit for our TPAs, as well as managing claim operation functions.
Prior to joining MedPro, Sarah served as Medical Malpractice Claims Manager for a significant specialist insurer, managing practitioner and facilities claims worldwide, both on a primary and excess basis. Previously, she served as a solicitor, defending liability claims for insurers and representing doctors, nurses and institutions in civil claims, and additionally managing the delegated authority claims team.
Sarah undertook her law degree at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, completing her formal legal education with the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, London. She remains on the Roll of Solicitors and holds the Diploma in Insurance (Dip CII) from the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Janina is responsible for bordereau management, MI data collection and loss fund management. Janina assists the team with claims operations, such as billing and loss run data.

Chelsea is responsible for managing international claims, collaborating with intermediaries and stakeholders across various jurisdictions.
Prior to joining MedPro, Chelsea worked as a claim’s handler for a global insurance company working in the Singapore market, focusing on third-party claims including general casualty, professional negligence and healthcare liability.
Chelsea is a qualified Advocate and Solicitor and holds a law degree from the National University of Singapore and the Diploma in Insurance (Dip CII) from the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Mayah manages UK claims and is also working with in house legal managing contracts, Third Party Agreements and non-disclosure agreements.

Isabel provides key administrative support for the Claims and Legal functions within MedPro, primarily focused on UK claims.
Prior to joining MedPro, Isabel was a studying in University of Birmingham where she graduated with Upper Second-Class Honours in Law. It was during this time when she developed an interest in medical law and private international disputes.
